How long will my money last?

Cash runway calculator

Profit and cash are two different numbers. Only cash pays the rent. So use your bank statement here, not your P&L.

Use last month's numbers, from your business bank account.

Your bank balance right now. If you have more than one business account, add them up. Don't count personal accounts.

Every business bank account, added together, as of today.

Your bank statement for last month: the deposits total. Most statements print it near the top, usually as “total deposits and credits.” Don’t count money you moved between your own accounts. That isn’t new money coming in.

Every deposit that landed in the bank last month.

The same bank statement: the withdrawals total, usually printed as “total withdrawals and debits.” This is everything: payroll, rent, vendors, your own draws, loan payments, card payments.

Every payment that left the bank last month.

A business line of credit, or room left on a business credit card. Your lender’s statement shows the unused part as “available credit.”

Optional. Money you could borrow but haven't used.
