Ziva is software that helps a small business see what its money is doing. This page is about the information Ziva collects on ziva.finance today: the waitlists and the optional questions after you join.
Ziva is not collecting QuickBooks books on this site. Free calculators, when they are up, use numbers you type in the moment. Those numbers are not stored.

What we collect
If you join a waitlist
Ziva asks for your work email. Ziva also records which list you joined:
- owners
- professionals (bookkeepers, accountants, and controllers who want to run clients through Ziva)
- Tools+ (people who asked about the paid tools layer)
If you answer the optional questions after you join
Those answers are optional. You can skip them.
Owners may tell Ziva:
- what kind of business they run
- what software they use for books
- whether they have a bookkeeper
- the money question they most want answered
Professionals may tell Ziva:
- what kind of practice they run
- how many clients they have
- what work they most want Ziva to take first
What we do not collect on this site
Ziva does not ask for a password here. Ziva does not connect to your books here. Ziva does not take a payment here.
The public site does not use advertising cookies or an analytics tag. The host may keep ordinary server logs (for example, that a page was requested) so the site can stay up.
Why we collect it
Ziva uses this information to:
- add you to the right waitlist
- send you email about Ziva, including when invites go out
- understand who is waiting, so the first batches make sense
- reply if you write to us
Ziva does not sell your email or your answers. Ziva does not rent the list.
Who sees it
One vendor helps Ziva run this:
- Loops holds the waitlist and sends the email
They see this information only so they can do that work for Ziva.
Ziva may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Ziva keeps waitlist records while you are on the list.
If you unsubscribe, Ziva takes you off the mailing list. If you ask us to delete your record, we delete it or stop using it, unless we have to keep a small note of the request.
Your choices
- Use the unsubscribe link in any Ziva email
- Email hello@ziva.finance to ask what we have, to fix it, or to delete it
We will write back.
Children
Ziva is for people who run a business. It is not for children under 13. If a child joined a list, email us and we will remove them.
Changes
If this page changes in a real way, Ziva will update the date at the top. If you are on a waitlist, Ziva may also email you.
